In search of the tasty lemonade of yesteryears we looked everywhere in Batroun. Chez Hilmi is a derelict place with nothing but a lemonade chiller in the street. Patisserie Rim although well hidden with a huge yellow awning still looks a little better with some shy display of arabic sweets, lemonade and rose water bottles. The owner was very nice... More

Best Lemonade in Lebanon located in Betroun. The owner is very friendly and sells the same lemonade recipe for the past 50 years. We all loved it.

My Lebanese friends swear by this place as THE BEST for the famous lemonade of Batroun. I believe it as we have visited here a number of times over the years and are always rewarded with the most refreshing lemonade. This last time we dared our sweet tooth and ordered some Arabic sweets also - and they were awesome! The... More

I'd recommend to stop by patisserie RIM after a long trip in the sun for refreshment.. You don't want to miss their lemonade :) it's a family business patisserie and the owner is a sociable man.. We had a quick talk with him and he told us the story of the place which is father founded too many years ago..

The Patisserie RIM on the old road in Batroun and very close to the “Diver Stature” is noted not only for it’s Famous Lemonade but for a nice selection of Sweets. When you enter you feel you are experiencing a ‘time warp’ as there are many, many old photo’s; awards; world currencies and nostalgia to remind you of when they... More

One of a very few remaining familial businesses where the tourist can find traditional sweets done the good old way and where the lemonade is prepared as it was originally giving it a delicious and natural taste making it a famous refreshing beverage in Batroun.

On a previous trip to Lebanon, I visited Batroun specifically for the lemonade at Rim! It was so mouth-watering I had to take my parents when they were travelling from Canada with us. While we had already sampled Arabic sweets around the country, we hadn't started the ice cream tour! Not only did we have the lemonade but also the... More
