My favorite is Pesci with cheese and pepper. They also do good pizza. Casual atmosphere. English friendly staff.

We had a wonderful meal at Mariano's. The risotto was perfect, the pork shank was divine, and the Appetizer Mariano was amazing.

Our favorite restaurant in Arezzo, last night we took our visiting Israeli friends to dinner. they Loved the food, wine, service, ambiance ( & all for such a reasonable price :-). They (& us) devoured the burrata cheese on Rucola & diced red beets, pasta with fresh made pesto, thin sliced beef (done however you wish) with rosemary & green... More

Best place to eat in Arezzo. A hidden gem into an alley in the Main Street. Wonderful crostini and pizza 4 Maggio and pizza Diavola. Best ever tiramisu.

A wonderful restaurant, hidden away where 'Lab' used to be. 12 € lunch menu was incredible - 'just made' fresh pesto and a Tiramisu which was light and tasty, not leaving a fatty residue in the mouth. Delicious! (Plus water and a glass of wine!) Ragú from boar/beef was excellent, and the pizza was very thin, perfectly baked. Our waiter... More

Mariano is a vibrant and enthusiastic owner. Try the Pici with ragu and don't forget the wine. Pizza is a good choice as well.

After walking around Arezzo this is just the sort of place to eat- a cool courtyard with good food and wine. Staff didn't really speak English so fun ordering but food superb and very reasonably priced. A set lunch menu is perfect.

The restaurant is in the heart of the city, in a nice and cozy courtyard. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere is comfortable and the service was friendly. The food is great, the menu is not wide but with very good choices. I heartily recommend to try Mariano's cuisine

On Corso Italia you will see the arched entrance to this upmarket looking restaurant. Go in and enjoy. It is upmarket but at very reasonable prices. The menu was limited to maybe 6 main courses, but going by what we had and the diners' reactions on nearby tables all of them were good. The mix of ancient and modern decoration... More

We stumbled into this courtyard restaurant while exploring Arezzo. What a find. Once you pass through the entryway tunnel and enter into the courtyard, you realize that you have entered a magical place of exquisite Italian food. Mariano, the chef, comes out to the table to personally to welcome and check on your dining experience. Co-owner, Gianfranco has added his... More
