Reminded me of eating in Israel. Thank you Chef Shady. The best falafel I've had in years. Grilled chicken kabobs with pancetta were also perfect. Everyone was very attentive with prompt service.

We decided to visit this restaurant on August 17th mainly drawn by its innovative menù which we had noticed on its website. In fact, the chef proposes an original mix of Middle East and Mediterranean recipes with good ingredients and careful preparation. Also the quality over price ratio is very good. I can recommend this place.

A fusion restaurant which masters both the Tuscany food and Mediterranean/Arabs food. Already this would make this place very intriguing. What makes it excellent is the atmosphere, perfectly fit with the food culture and the chef, a actual example of Arab and paesan hospitality.

Le Rotte Ghiotte offer excellent tempting dishes, trays on which food is beautifully displayed, a variety of flavours from all Mediterranean countries, and above all Shady's big smile. Shady and his staff are there to amaze you and tempt your senses. Shady is also a great teacher, with Andrea any cooking class is great fun.

We visited here not once but twice during our recent trip to Tuscany. We had experienced Shady's fantastic skills as a chef when he used to be the head chef at Il Borro a few years ago, where we stayed. We had heard on our return there this year that he had opened his own restaurant in Arezzo, so we... More

We found a place through the Tripadviser, it's a small place just a short walk from the historic center. Don't let the simple interior design to put you off. The hospitalty of the chef (he spoke English too!) was incredible, he immediately made us feel at home. The menu is not very big, but thoroughly chosen, and has Italian and... More

One of the best meals we had in Italy. Entered the restaurant and was treated like family, they were having a cooking class while we were at the restaurant and after each course someone from the class would bring us a sample of what they made - Excellent. We had dishes from Turkey, Palestine and Greece and all were fantastic.... More
