We met with family here to have dinner (they were the guests) and everyone was pleasantly surprised. The soup was fantastic and we ordered a traditional dinner snack of sliced meats, cheese, and bread. The best part was the owner tended to our table and was incredibly sweet. It feels like you are taking a step back in time. I... More

The restaurant is must go while in Brunico. Dinner was great, traditional setting. Just loved it! Would definitely visit again.

We had some problems with booking but at last we managed to have dinner. The place is nice, the food is good and the price quite reasonable.

Close to the center this place takes you back in time with it's wooden decoration. The food was very good and the meat literally melted in mouth. The host was very gentle and welcoming. The place also catered for small children.

We enjoyed our meal, which was a single plate (pasta, polenta) for each of us (family of five including Italians and a kid). The only disappointment was the service, since it seemed to be slow at each step right from the start. We left the restaurant 1.5 hrs later, full but behind schedule for what should have been a 30... I have been here a few times and it is always a tasty meal with a good selection - the steak in particular is excellent.

I would say a fair restaurant. Nothing impressive really. When we entered during the week at around 7pm we we the first guests. Sorbeto limone was appreciated. We all ate something with asparagus as it was the week of asparagus ... However it was not very tasteful. Well prepared but not exciting.
