Recommended by friends in Bologna this place looks very ordinary but the food is every thing but. The best and most original pizzas I have ever tasted!

Definitely have the burrata!! This is flown in from southern Italy and only good for 12 hours. All the the ingredients were incredibly fresh. An amazing modern take on pizza!!

When I first walked by this place, I thought it didn't look like much, but I ventured back later in the day to check it out. It was what I would call "rustic posh"! It is a very busy place, and fortunately I was able to get a table quickly without a reservation. I had a very simple meal of... More

This is not a typical pizzeria, and you can have an excellent experience: high quality ingredients, interesting and innovative options, fair price. You will have a lot of food and still feel light. Recommended!

undoubtedly the pizzas are very good and doughs are extrtemely digest ... I am gluten intolerant but I could eat the pizza without any problem :-)) The drawbacks : the service is rather slow and sometimes not very organized (but waiters are nice and friendly!!)..and if you share pizzas with more people you might end up with small portions ...maybe... Great place to eat a pizza, unusual for the ones you are used to. They also have a particular dough, which remains very light to digest. I've been here only once, but looking forward to go back again. I recommend their special "O fiore mio". Better book in advance.

Good pizzas with fresh ingredients on a base made without yeast. Friendly service. I like it that they serve the pizzas one after the other, presliced, so everyone in the group can have a taste. Italians may find the pizzas expensive compared to other places; for me used to foreign prices they are about standard. I'd definitly go back.

I think most Americans tend to associated Italy with great pizza, but that has not been my experience (outside of Napoli at least). The pizza here has nice crispy crust, not soggy, and uses only ingredients of the highest quality. Better yet, they have Italian micro brew beer... on tap!
