We choose the restaurant with service. Sufficient tables and an efficient, friendly service. Good food from the area.
Stoppani is owned by the same people as Antico Focolare and has a reduced version of the same menu. It is very, very busy - booking is advised, but we were extremely lucky and bagged an outside table - it was a sun trap and very nice it was too. Service is speedy and efficient. Food is good. The only... More
Busy cafe at the top of busy runs, however they have a lower bar where you can order great pizzas and excellent cake and the queues were small. Toilets on this level too which made easier in skiboots
Had a lovely lunch at Stoppani on Friday. Booking a table is advisable like we did. On arrival we got complementary glass of prosecco. My rusti with cheese was outstanding followed by panna cota with strawberries. My friends meals ranging from the steak to soup and sucker cake to tiramisu were all excellent to! Well done we will be back... More
The sitdown restaurant is great in many ways. It has a classic and cozy interior couple with a great view. The food is a mix of local Tentino, wider Italian, and Tyrolean dishes. Thr tiramisu is to die for. The service is friendly and speak English well. We also found this restaurant to be less busy than say Viviani on... More

We almost stayed here for a long weekend of skiing, part of me wishes that we did! We ended up just stopping for pizza, beer and coffee. But we really enjoyed the high quality building, and the delightful views in the january spring skiing conditions!
This restaurant is at the top of Groste so has great views, but with the sun coming and going it was getting a bit cold outside so we decided to have lunch in the restaurant with the charming Francesco waiting on - he seemed to be the only waiter around and was rushing around like the proverbial fly, but he...
