On the side of the Piste down from the Spinale lift. Self service section is fine, quick, and good value with tables down the stairs and plenty of space. Bar has a fire to warm up.

We stopped for lunch (self service) at this lovely place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming (what a difference to the poor experience we had at Agli Orti 1900 (above Marilleva). The food was very good (the polenta with mushrooms was delicious) and was served on plates not plastic ones. The beers are expensive (5 or even 6 euros... More

Stoped here for lunch while skiing. Tried the vegetable soup and spinach gnochi (17 euro both in total). Salad didn't look very fresh, so, decided not to try. Tasted nothing special... Like a canteen food at school. Maybe the real restaurant (not the self service) is better. I would not stop for lunch here again.

We stopped here twice for lunch, once in the self-service restaurant and sat outside in the sun - the food is very good and the portions are huge! and the second time in the restaurant itself with waiter service, which is cosy with a great ambience and good food - I recommend the plate of local meats and cheeses, any... The service and the food were in keeping with that we found at the Maribel hotel, even if this is a working farm.

We visited this place several times for lunch during a recent ski trip to Madonna. The food is fantastic - the best of all the mountain refuges, we thought. The place has a lovely atmosphere, tucked away from the blaring Europop of the canteen - style huts at the top of the slopes. The staff told us that the bar... More

Visited this refuge at night by snow cat. Kids loved it and we had a great (if large) meal. Well looked after and just a good fun family day out. Slighly on the dear side but considering transport included we have no complaints.

This is the biggest mountain ristorante we have experienced, and we have skied all over Italy. Strange to say for a place of this size but it has a charming alpine atmosphere. Like the place itself, the portions are big - in fact staggering. Unless you have a Paul Bunyan appetite, share every dish. Also have a great beer and... More

the place is nice even if a little dark at the first floor, food is ok but not great. You can eat outside too with plenty of tables and chairs.
