As part of our regional Parma tour with Laura we were taken to Trotters for lunch. Great lunch of pasta, salad, beers, water, cheesecake and tiramisu. Could not fault it, thanks Laura and Trotters staff.

If in South Parma surroundings (parmigiano cheese and ham visting places...), that place is great to stop at.
Located right in Montechiarugolo horse racecourse, Trotter is a simple restaurant but offering plenty of tasty choices of food, obviously leaving big room for Parma ham, Torta...fritta and other local specialities.
very fairly priced and havign good service, we had a good time out there.More

Fantastic recommendation from our B&B. The service is great from friendly staff. Cool location. The food is just amazing and what you get as part of coperto is incredible. Love the fried polenta, dumplings and cakes at the end. Great pasta dishes and high quality...meats. Highly recommended.More
