Wonderful creative local dishes w beautiful presentation. Well worth the drive up from Bolzano. Just be sure to arrive before 20:00 otherwise the wait staff will tell you to hurry up and order. Despite the surly service, we plan on going back to try more dishes!

The tipical local food kept at it simple a fair taste. You have to try it to understand what it was the traditional local food

This is a bit of a repeat from the hotel review but focuses on dinner. Dinner was excellent with selections of homemade pasta's for primi and wild game, fowl and beef for secondi. Personally I had the fresh porcini pasta and beef cheek. A bottle of local Ligrein riserva was the perfect match for our dinners. The Signaterhof prides itself... More

Signaterhof is a special place. Beautifully located on the mount Renon overlooking Bozen, it is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. We never fail to stop there on our way to or back from other valleys in South Tyrol, as the food here is magnificent, it is South Tyrolian cuisine as it should always be. Actually, it's more than that.... More
