Even if Sanremo is a popular place, is the very first time I am so glad to can talk about such a delighting restaurant located downtown and in the amazing old side. Not only formturist but also for local people, hey offer a full choice between local dishes and meat/sea food, with homemade pastas and dessert..all's so yummy! Very nice... More

A little tricky finding this Osteria towards the lower part of the la Pigna area of Sanremo. We asked a helpful local postman who pointed us in the right direction. It was quiet considering it was Market Day. The interior is a lovely old stone vaulted room with some nice wall paintings. You can see Mama in the kitchen at... More

Full of locals clearly familiar and friendly with the house. A great welcome with a big plate of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (which I can't eat, but that's not the point), very good fresh food, a glass of some truly lovely limoncello. Not sure why, but 10% was also taken off the final check, which was a happy surprise... More

Took the family on a quiet Sunday evening for dinner. What a find ! Very authentic casual Italian restaurant, worth searching out at the edge of the 'old town'. You can watch your food being prepared and cooked fresh by 'Mamma' in the kitchen. All dishes were fresh and full of flavour, there's nothing pre-prepared here. The home cooked desserts... More

After missing a restaurant that was closed (even though trip advisor advised it was open!) we walked past the Camelot and decided to give it a go. No disappointment here! Regional food and all excellent. We will go back for sure!

This restaurant is a little hard to find it is up the hill a bit and about 50m off of the TripAdvisor address. It is home cooked and seems to be family run. Excellent food and value. Highly recommend would go again.

We stumbled across this little gem by accident and were most pleasantly surprised. The owner was lovely, and the food fantastic, all homemade and extremely tasty. Lots of little extras included for starters and digestive - very happy! Great value for money too. Very romantic/atmospheric garden terrace, perfect for couples! Thank you.

+++ - Relatively cheap - friendly - fresh food --- - super long waiting time - not very tasty - shrimp gratin is nothing close to a gratin but simple roasted shrimps with no side.

Hi all, My friends and I were visiting Sanremo whilst on holiday in Nice, France. When we arrived in Sanremo, we headed for the tourist office; the friendly and very helpful woman in the office told us about Camelot (located in the old town of Sanremo). Whilst searching for the restaurant, we had a lovely and very pleasant stroll around... More

I had dinner on June on this restaurant and first thing I remember is that the owner did care of us with really welcoming ways. It has been truly a happy dinner with a lot of exchange of information about beaches, places and local life. and then the food is amazing! Everything prepared with local ingredients and local receipts you... More
