One of the best reed tower restaurants, in my opinion. In 10 days of holiday stay in this location we went to eat twice in this restaurant that combines refinement and Apulian tradition, reported by the structure where we stayed. The Owner and his staff are friendly and welcoming. Dinner begins with a tasting of exquisite oil to be enjoyed on warm bread. The menu does not include many bring but all excellent, always present a catch of the day, highly recommended.

We were on vacation and three days out of 9 we had dinner at this restaurant.
It looks like an intimate environment, with a very nice and clean decor.
The very professional staff and the welcome of Donato (the owner) was very hospitable to the point of feeling at home.
The dishes are nothing short of fantastic, beautiful on the eye but amazing on the palate, so much so that the shoe was a must.
Thanks to the chef (Donato’s companion), a true artist in preparing dishes like true works of art with extreme care and passion.

Simply a huge compliment for this restaurant! We went there twice in one week because we were absolutely delighted. The decor is as modern, fresh and inviting as the selection of dishes. If you love Mediterranean cuisine, fish and seafood, you will find what you are looking for here (if that's not your thing, you're out of luck!). The staff are accordingly charming and competent. The dishes are as delicious as they are visually appealing. The wine list offers many regional treasures, but also foreign delicacies at prices that are not off-putting. As for the prices: Of course, they are not like a suburban pizzeria in the southern provinces - but they offer something of high quality that is worth every single euro. Excellent value for money! Elegant place that invites high expectations which are respected by the final bill but unfortunately not by the dishes served. The raw materials are of good quality (of course given the prices) but the dishes served do not enhance their quality, on the contrary they make them quite "anonymous" flattening the flavours. Lovely setting within walking distance from Canne Bianche where we were staying. Service was attentive, food was fresh and delicious-we had pasta then salmon for main. The only reason why I am giving this place 4 and not 5 stars is that when we ordered dessert (tiramisù, pretty basic) it arrived liquid and at room temperature. It was like a soup. Not sure what happened and it didn’t spoil a lovely evening but worth a mention.

We had dinner with the family. The location is exceptionally well-kept and refined. Relaxing and chic environment. The cuisine is excellent: laganari with scampi and gnocchi with courgette flowers and clams and for the second course sea bass with strictly sea salt. The dessert was an excellent interpretation of creamy with caramelized nuts and berry sauce. Impeccable service. Donato and Valentina know how to pamper customers in the dining room. Almost as the palate is pampered, let the chef do it in the kitchen. Definitely worth trying.

We loved it so much for dinner we went back the next day for lunch!! Extraordinary little restaurant - a 5 minute walk from the Canne Bianchi hotel. For starters the little restaurant is neatly kept and when you walk in you are welcomed with the most amazing smells and decor reminiscent of a modern Italian eatery. The adorable and sweet Valentina made the experience worth its weight in gold. The food. The food. The food. Fresh, well sourced beautifully prepared with just enough time between courses to have you longing for the next bite. Oh, and did I mention the wine? đź©·

A little gem of a restaurant serving authentic and locally sourced produce of the highest quality. The intimate atmosphere and classy decor is enhanced by excellent staff who are attentive, knowledgable and engaging.
The food itself was commensurately delicious and there’s clearly a talented chef behind the scenes. From the simplicity of bread dipped in some truly scrumptious Puglian olive oil, to Tuna Tataki, Orecchiette in a pumpkin sauce and Paccheri pasta with Gurnad, tomatoes and peppers, finished off with homemade Tiramisu (what else?!). All individually excellent. Excellent wine choices to compliment, whatever your taste. Value for money? More than. Indeed, they could probably charge more and it would still feel like a good deal.
All in all, a terrific experience and for those within striking distance of Torre Canne, a must visit in our opinion.

Excellent restaurant. We had dinner four nights, tasting the different dishes, really congratulations to the Chef! All exquisite and delicate, in a refined but friendly at the same time, thanks to the owner very punctual description of dishes and wines as well as very courteous and helpful. We stayed at Canne Bianche Lifestyle hotel which is a short walk from this restaurant. There are very few restaurants in the area, so we were pleased that the food was good here.
Valentina is the waitress in charge and she speaks fluent English. She was very welcoming.
The seafood here is great. The octopus, tuna tataki and sea bream, are all must have dishes. Puglia is known for its seafood, so you must get some seafood if you eat here.
The only reason we didn’t give this restaurant 5 stars was the pace of the service.
We understand when on holiday you have time to wait, however when jet lagged we would like to receive the bill when we ask for it once, not 3 times. A small thing, but it was tough for us being so tired.

We visited this restaurant because of the many good reviews and were absolutely delighted! We even went a second time. The menu is already tempting and there are daily recommendations for each course, so it's not easy to decide. The food was extremely delicious, very creative and beautifully presented. You can tell that the staff knows their craft and are hosts with heart and soul. Add to that the beautiful ambience of the restaurant and the evening was perfect. Mille grazie!

Although our beach house has been close to this delightful little place for more than thirty years, only today we managed to "discover" it. Impeccable and kind staff, tasty cuisine with attention to detail, price absolutely well compared to the quality of the food. Well done guys, your passion can be seen... all of it!!! We were staying at a nearby hotel so used the Dubonnet several times over the course of ten days. Great choice of dishes and wines and if something was not available they came up with acceptable alternatives. All the staff were helpful, Valentina was patient with our attempts at Italian and the owner Donaldo gave good advice on the wines. The chef Anne-Marie can easily hold her own against many top class Restaurants. Thanks to them all.

We were staying at Canne Bianchi close by and walked up to this little place from the hotel. Well worth it .. top notch food, the salt baked fish a highlight, fresh from the sea and tasted like it … the wine was so reasonably priced we were looking for an extra digit on the menu ! Charming service and lovely local ambience. Top marks.

We stopped for a quick family lunch before returning to our city 600 km away. Location, service and menu at the top. We tasted appetizers and a first course.....all one better than the other, not to mention the plating worthy of a top-quality restaurant.
