It is almost impossible to read all their menu, needless to say choose one of the sauces. We ended up having a sauce with porcini and truffles, which was quite good, and the "professore" - milk cream, gorgonzola and nuts. I liked it, but it had three times more nuts than gorgonzola and I expected it to taste more cheeselike.... More

The menu is full of great options of spaghetti sauces. Incredible! I liked it a lot but it's hard to choose just one of them.

The menu will take an hour to get through it. We counted approximately 240 variations of spaghetti on the menu! Ultimately, we gave up and told the proprietor to make us 3 sharing dishes one with fist, one with meat, one with mushrooms. The food was good, but there was a ton of food. After three courses, I was done... More

It is a locals' place. Beautiful garden, 100 choices of spaghetti. We asked the waitress for her favorite and were not disappointed. Nice house wine.

In Viterbo, la Spaghetteria is well known. The gimmick is that they serve spaghetti over a hundred ways. And, while we've only had perhaps a handful of options, experience tells us that the food is always good. The service is ok. We recommend that you only eat outside (in the summer months). There is a nice hidden outdoor space, down,... More

This menu has pages and pages of all kinds of pasta's. Some are Italian, some, not so much. The spaghetti is not homemade and the menus are different, so be sure you ask for what you don't see. My menu had no salads, but my friends menu did. All our spaghetti was good, but our service was slow.

Which might make you skeptical - but you should not be. My son eats here all the time and brought us when we came to visit. The pasta was excellent. Fresh ingredients and well prepared - the variety is endless. Take your time and read the gigantic menu so you can try these endless variations when you get home. Frankly... More

My daughter raved about this restaurant so we went during the early afternoon when all the shops shut down. Only pasta choice I could see was spaghetti but the menu goes on endlessly, woith every possible choice of sauce you could think of, including black spaghetti prepared with squid ink. Hundreds of choices. I was very pleased with the options... More
