I LOVE wine, and my wife and I went here because of Rick Steves gushing about the place and the "fun enoteca" owned and poured by "two guys" who share wine "with a fun-loving passion." BALONEY. We were the only two in the place around...More

Go here if you enjoy a good glass of wine and some tasty finger food. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy. This place has a cozy atmosphere, great place to hang out and enjoy great wines!

This was an experience, wine tasting with these wonderful men. They had a great selection to taste on the night we ventured in, and we throughly enjoyed the wines, the company and the tasty side foods. Unpretentious and relaxing.

We had a local soup (a-la riboletto), and another local dish - tripe. Both were surprisingly good too. Later we tried tripe in Rome, but it was not even close to this one. very nice wine selection, and fresh bread.

I really liked this little restaurant. We tried tripe and their bread soup. Both were delicious. Their antipasto is great, typical Italian. The wine we tried was good as well. Overall, great place for quick lunch.

This place was recommended to me from my hotel and so happy that they did. It is a tiny hole in the wall wine bar and it was absolutely amazing! I tried typical Tuscany wines, cheeses and cold cuts. One of the owners that was...More

Hello! I visited La Vena di Vino last month and placed an order for 6 wines to be shipped back to the United States following a wine tasting with Francesco. I am anxiously awaiting the shipment as are my good friends! Can you please give me an idea of when they shipped and when I might expect them to arrive at 702 South Washington Bunker Hill, IL 62014 my name is Roxanne Howald. I believe I ordered two white, 2 super tuscans and 2 chianti? Thanks for you attention in this matter.
