The Blue Bell is still open but up for sale or to let. The two gentlemen, who have run it for some years now, are moving on.

The food was fine, but expensive for what it was...a pity as the bar area is attractive, though sparsely populated the evening we were there.

The food was good but not excellent, not bad although. You have to try it and judge yourself. I had the lamb at was very good. You have to go there by car and there is not much to do in the neighborhood.
