We visited on a very busy Sunday afternoon and so the service wasn't as prompt as we would've liked; however the tasty, generous-portioned roast dinners more than made up for it. Thank you for a lovely afternoon - we'll definitely be back!

A lovely old place in a lovely village setting! The staff were friendly and attentive and the food delicious! My wife and I ordered the king prawns in garlic sauce, steak, followed by warm choc brownie and a banoffee. Very tasty indeed!

A very friendly welcome from each member of staff. A good menu to choose from. The food was well presented and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Not the easiest to find but we'll worth the effort.

Visited this pub for the first time and found both service and food excellent. There was a good varied menu and prices seemed reasonable. Overall a very enjoyable lunch and would highly recommend.
