Following TA’s recommendation we’ve tried La Boutarde restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The setting and décor is lovely and chic cosy. Excellent service, friendly and attentive. Food is great too: French cuisine, tasty and home made. Nothing to complain about, everything was great! Good location very close to Pont de Neuilly metro station. Sure value in Neuilly’s district. Prices:... More

Very nice typical French restaurant in the Parisian suburb ! I had the foie gras which was delicious, perfectly cooked and savourily perfumed with toasted bread and fig jam (yummy) and then the gigot lamb with roasted eggplant (delicious !). My friend and I enjoyed a bottle of Margaux (Sirene de Giscourt correctly priced. It was adviced by the waitress... More

This restaurant is a delight. It is on a small side street in Neuilly, about a 10 minute walk from the Eastern end of La Defense. It is the type of small, family-run restaurant one wants to experience in Paris, and which is generally missing in the La Defense area. The food was excellent, all courses were a well-executed versions... More

A very hot day in Paris so I was looking for somewhere with a neighbourhood feel and not hectic. Read the reviews and thought La Boutarde might be a good option. I arrived around 8pm - early on France during Summer - but was made very welcome. Settled for the Terrine Campagne and the Roast Pigeon (which I hadn't seen... More

After visiting Foundation Louis Vuitton outside central Paris we wanted to try one of the good restaurant in the area. La Boutarde was great. Seems to be mostly for locals. Serving great green aspergous, a very well prepared pigeon - in fact two for each, great suggestions for wine, and a nice and good waiter. Try it, if you are... More

Went with a group of work colleagues while visiting Paris from overseas. Our hostess was very accommodating and patient with our limited understanding of French cuisine. My main of kidneys was solid and the others were very good. We were also given very good wine advice.

I stopped here on my way to the airport to have lunch. The place was packed and there was too much noise, but also, the service was very friendly and spot on. I had the cod with cauliflower (plat du jour) and I couldn't say no to dessert: a magnificent Paulova which I am sure i will not forget. Surprise... More

La Boutarde is a historic and classic Neuilly bistrot. The restaurant offers a very good classic French food, with a very nice wine list. Go for the food and come back for the warm welcome of the manager.

The restaurant is located in a nice environment. The staff is very friendly and professional. We had a 3 course menu, food was clean, well presented and tasted good. Wine also was great. It was a very pleasant experience. If you're in the neighborhood don't hesitate to visit. It's worth it!
