Stopped on our way to Mont Louis for a light lunch and bottle of wine. The menu was limited as mid afternoon but local wine good and Croque Monsieur excellent and tasty. Portion of chips generous and service good. Waiter friendly and helpful. The place was a bit run down though.

Arrived here on the train, which was a lovely trip. We were seated quickly, however waited an age to be served. The waiting staff were disinterested and rather offhand. The location was beautiful; sadly the same can not be said of the food. We had a dreadful meal. The steak was tough and gristly. The salad paysanne came with lumps... More

Stopped of at Mont Louis while taking a trip on Le Train Jaune. It was lunchtime and along with fellow passengers, we headed for the first restaurant we saw which was Le Clos Cerdan. Granted there was a slight influx of hungry clients all at the same time, but this this seemed to put the main waiter under pressure who... More

Just off the Little Yellow Train from Villefranche de Conflent. Got off at Mont Louis and this was the first watering hole we came to. As we had young children with us we stopped for a drink before venturing into the walled town where there are more restaurants. This was a great place to stop for a beer and a... More

We were staying at the hotel and we decided to eat at the restaurant. But one of us was feeling very sick so we asked for a simple boiled rice for her. In a very impolite way the waiter told us to take a menu or leave. So she couldn't eat, and I had to eat on my own. Really... More

We are Catalan and we arrived to the restaurant at 14 hours. First the waitress said that unfortunately the kitchen was closed, but the chief who was looking the scene came where we were so quickly and told us that there was no problem and we had a table. But, without any explanation she gave us 4 “formules”, that we... More

Residential hotel complex with balneotherapy, leisure activities and restaurant. Relaxing benefit, invigorating climate

At an altitude of 1600 m., Mont-Louis has 300 days of sunshine each year and the exceptional climate of Font-Romeu.
Bordering on the fortifications of Vauban’s town , blocking access to Spain and Andorra, the regions of Cerdagne, Capcir, Conflent, Roussillon plain, And the Aude and Ariege Valleys, it is an excellent point to visit this unique region of multiple facets.

Our restaurant offers traditional cuisine with emphasis Catalan terroir and Mediterranean flavors.

After unforgettable theme-based hikes, after your many descents on ski , what could be more agreeable than balneotherapy and the “aquaforme” aerea.
60 rooms with bath or shower (**confort). Hair dryer, telephone, automatic morning call, radio, T.V., lift, cosy area around the fire, bar, restaurant, veranda, car park, covered garage. 20 suites/apartments (luxury confort)sleeping 3 to 8 persons, equipped with kitchenette.
