Situated in atmospheric cellar basement on corner of the square.Very good fixed menu, little choice but that usually means it's fresh! We had asparagus, foie gras, lamb and risotto. All very tasty.Service a little on the slow side but not a problem as we enjoyed relaxing and savouring the surroundings .would recommend

An exciting menu served in an interesting and decorative way. Good wine list. The only downside was when the waitress knocked over the expensive wine and valuable drops were lost. No offer of recompense or more wine was offered.

We were able to secure a table for 2 at the last minute mid week, no booking. There were other bigger tables free as well. The food was delicious with a tasty amuse buche to start. Had the set menu, loved the foie gras, oysters and the cod. The lamb was lacking in flavour compared to Aussie lamb. Verve clicqot... More

In fact, la Faisanderie was more flexible and welcoming than reported on several client reviews. We booked there, then cancelled, chose an other restaurant that had great reviews, went there and found that other restaurant's menu not suiting us at all, so we walked to la Faisanderie (everything is close by in that little town), were offered a table and... It's difficult to work out where you want to eat in a strange town, can you trust the good trip advisor reviews or will the bad ones prove right? We picked this one blind after wandering around during the day. This was midweek in March, the restaurant was empty when we arrived and getting on for full when we left.... More

Recommended by the owners of the hotel we stayed at (Maision d' Hotes La Corne d'Or) and we were not disappointed. A limited set menu but a good choice (Tuna starter and Sea Bass main were both excellent). The retaurant is in the cellar which creates a very niche atmosphere and we would thoroughly recommend. Booking essential.

Michelin listed la Faisanderie Restaurant serves high quality food in a very nice cellar like room we had the Formule Gastronomique with 3 choices on each course . I think the cost was just over 30€ there was a good choice of wine . The staff were very obliging.

A group of 8 males on a Battlefield Tour staying in Arras. This was the second evening stay and the restaurant had been recommended by the hotel receptionship. We were not disappointed, good quality food, pleasant service, food was value for money but the wine was a little pricy. We had pre booked and early arrivers so no problem in... More

Arras is a great place to stop on the way to Vimy Ridge! It is a quaint little town with a fun market in the main square. La Faisanderie faces the main square and is easy to find. The food was excellent and our large group of 52 were served efficiently - thus the eats were still hot. Try the... More

We had booked this restaurant on basis of recommendation for a party of 6 who were visiting Arras as part of a WW1 trip. Located in cellar with great atmosphere. We had a fixed price menu €59 plus wine. Restaurant offers a mix and match on fixed price plus a la carte. Staff were attentive and friendly but not pushy.... More
