I ordered the steak for 17 euro. It was very small en not from good kwality. I ordered the side salad (I played extra) . I got a really small salad. Almost as small as the free one. I had problems swallowing the steak. Never...the less my friends burgers looked much better. Also a very small portion to be honest but from a desent quality.More

Stopped here for lunch as had seen they do a tuna/smoked salmon club sandwich and was quite excited to try it. The service or lack thereof should’ve been a warning of the lack of care perhaps but my friend and I both ordered the clubs,...hers with salad and mine with fries. It was deemed impossible to make any changes but ok. When it eventually arrived, the bread was cheap white of poor quality, the salad looked unwashed and the chips were burnt. As for the fillings, I’m not sure what the tuna was mixed with but it tasted weird and sickly, the smoked salmon was brown and hard around the edges; we picked around it but decided it wasn’t worth feeling sick over. We left Incredibly dissatisfied, the wait staff couldn’t even really be bothered to bring the bill and the requested water never appeared at all! For this enchanting experience we paid €27 (with 2 soft drinks) The night before we’d had a lovely pizza & pasta dish with wine for only €8 more in one of the back streets. NOT worth the money and definitely not worth the queasy feeling we had for the majority of the day after. These people are resting on their laurels as they’re on the waterfront but if you want my opinion Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!More

Having had great experiences of several restaurants in Cassis we were looking forward to a last night at this little bistro. When ordering, the waitress said I could not order chips on their own for my daughter, I had to order a plate of food....I have never experienced this before. My daughter is reluctant to eat new foods particularly foreign food and everywhere else has been most accommodating with this. In addition, I was feeling unwell and wanted a drink only. Again we were told this was not possible as it had to be one meal per person. We were totally bemused that they would rather turn us away than have our custom. There were empty tables so you would think they would have been happy to take our money. I suggested that may be she would rather I sat at the harbour whilst my family ate, to which she said 'yes'! No apology or anything as we got up to leave - I was so embarrassed. Decided to go to a lovely little brasserie nearby instead who were very happy to serve my little one just chips and to allow me to sit at the table with my family.More

I had the burger here and it was simply excellent. The rest of our meal was very good, too. A really pleasant surprise.

- Nice hamburgers (good quality at this price point) - Services are very fast - It's a calm restaurant (I think it's because of the size of restaurant) - Waiters are friendly

Well it did not necessarily start well as the young lady serving wanted us to move to the inner tables. She had a bit of a pout on but we, like an American couple, held fast!!! Food was fine and the young lady mellowed😀. Wanted...something not too fussy this evening as recovering from a very upset tummy, and the menu choice here fitted the bill perfectly. Beautiful setting with fantastic view of the Chateau!! Great place to eat, drink and watch the world go by.More

Had a fabulous lunch at Le Bistro. Lucio was our server and he was great - knew all about the menu and made good recommendations. We enjoyed a relaxing lunch with a fantastic view of the boats and passerbys. We were lucky to have good...weather so the outdoor seating was just right. We ordered the menu of the day and the selections were perfect for us.More

We were after a short calanque tour, but there was no guest outside. It was a bit suspicious, but the Tripadvisor recommended the place .And it was right, burgers are excellent, especially the goat's cheeseburger. And of course the view of the harbor is great.
