The food choices at La Siesta are excellent to outstanding. We needed time to choose just what to have for lunch. And the service was equally wonderful. Timely delivery of our plates, great rose wine, and wonderful ambiance just across the street from the Mediterranean Ocean.

We both had mussels & frites which was fine. Interestingly the mussels sauces were Mariana, tomato or blue cheese, we opted for the later. Prompt friendly waiter. Ferrets looked good although we didn't indulge.

Large outside seating area and smaller inside area. Food average but OK. Service adequate. Great area for people watching whilst eating and drinking. We only had the bruschetta and drinks. Toilets are monitored for guests only using

Love the funky seating area outside this place and great atmosphere. Food pretty average. Salads overdressed and steaks on the tough side. The fries were amazing though - garlicky and herby. Ice cream good too. Average value for the area. Worth it for the location.

We ate the special of the day and were thoroughly disappointed. The food was boring and very bland - I don't usually add salt or pepper when I eat out, relying on the chef to do the tasting beforehand, but this time it was needed. To add to this we felt the service was very slow, even though the restaurant... More

The siesta is nothing to write home about - just your average bistro on the coast serving the same kind of food as everywhere else. The menu was okay, nothing special, but a fair deal for what we paid. I had the soup aux poissons, my friend some beef in dark sauce with rice. Both dishes were all right, just... More

No rationals behind those cocktails. No art. no care.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really a bad mix. Just image. Stay away from it.

We chose this place to have our final holiday meal, and we enjoyed it fully. The food was lovely and delicious, the service was excellent and three summer music performance was good too. The only little comment I would make war that the creme brulee was a bit eggy. All in all a great evening!
