Nestled in the heart of Alpe d'Huez village, it's not hard to see why this restaurant is no.1. Despite being a short notice booking for 4 people at 9:30pm, staff were enthusiastic and more than happy to make recommendations for wine. The fondue was top notch - highly recommend the classic, with meat sides as the extra. Definitely worth checking... More

Ate twice at this place in our week in ADH - lunch and dinner. Both times we were impressed by the welcome, quality of food and value - highly recommended

2 of us came here for our evening meal and it was absolutely fantastic. Probably should've booked but as it was just the 2 of us they fit us in, it was quite busy too. Had the mixed meat hot stone to share (beef, pork & chicken) would highly recommend as it's a good experience cooking yourself in the restaurant... More

Very good service. Steaks where perfect and also the chivken stew. As a starter we had salmon at it was very tasty. We are definitely coming back. The Raclette looked delisious.

Visited twice during our visit of Alpe-d-Huez. Really liked Frenc Onion Soup. Must to try. Creme Brulee is verry good, or you can try all deserts on one plate.

Nice ambiance, good service, great mountain food in good portions and at reasonable prices... Couldn't ask for more, really. Don't miss it! Seems wise to make a reservation.

Absolutely fabulous wee place, superb traditional fayre of the region. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - had all our group participating in French - great fun! Very busy, we tried to book again for later in the week but it was completely full. Definitely recommend booking. Food was excellent and very good value.

We booked here for our last night. The place was packed. The staff were attentive and charming, and avoided being intrusive. The food was superb. The problem with the menu is that there were so many options, so it was difficult to choose. This is a must place, but you must book.
