The restaurant is very family friendly but the food was no value for money. Especially the carpaccio (with lemon oil??) and spaghetti bolognaise. Salads were ok. The staff was very friendly and they are child friendly.

Had a wonderful meal. Fabulous staff, great Pierre Chaud and good wine. Quite empty but still a good, friendly place to eat.

The food wasn't really exceptional, with dry French fries and the steak of the burger a little too cooked. And the price is pretty high, around 16€ for a burger, 11.5€ for a crêpe! But at the same time, all the restaurant are a little expensive in Tignes, and the service was good there. They do accept "Chèques Vacances" as... More

Food was good. Reasonably priced savoyarde menu albeit with a few items not available. Tartiflette and desserts particularly good. What gave it the 5 stars for us was the atmosphere. Really friendly staff and a happy buzz to the place.

We dropped into La Montagne for lunch specifically because they served spaghetti carbonara, which we couldn't find in other Tignes Le Lac restaurants. The carbonara was superb - large portions, great flavours, hot and delicious (and properly served with an egg yoke in a shell to stir in oneself). The waiter was incredible, serving a busy restaurant with speed and... More

Strong recommendation from our group of a dozen family and friends for this restaurant. I would particularly mention the galettes (try the goat's cheese and spinach) and the excellent tartiflette.

We went here on the chalet staff night off based on previous reviews and weren't disappointed. I actually can't comment on the chef as we had the charcuterie plate and the hot stone, but both were great. Very good quality beef for the hote stone. One thing that lets it down were the number of items crossed off the menu... More

Got fed up with the speed of service in the Arbina next door and moved here after a few days. We wish we'd made the change sooner. Very good food, excellent waiting staff and a friendly atmosphere - recommended

Perfect for lunch mid skiing. very good food and big selection of galettes which are all gluten free - the steak house especially recommended. The sweet pancakes are not gluten free but they were very happy to make my wife one using the galette mixture
