Husband and I called in for lunch about 1.30 & sat outside. I was greeted by a very friendly Lizzie who took our order at the bar. Lovely bit of chit chat with her. Brought our cutlery, ensuring there were 4 lots as we had...a starter as well as main, plus sachets of condiments. Took the time to chat with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Claire and Amelia both deserve a mention, as they were also very friendly. Top marks go to Lizzie, as she was our main contact😊. Food was great~didn't wait long and was piping hot. The 12-6pm menu was super value for money. Looking forward to our next visit😊More
The worse meal I have ever had, prawn cocktail to start, 6 prawns on half a lettuce no sauce. Beef and ale pie , with no beef filled with mush gravy absolutely disgusting. If you want to see a pie go to the hungry horse,...cheaper and more enjoyable.More
I took my two sons and their friend for breakfast this morning. I've travelled all over the UK & use Premier inn / Brewers fayre breakfast many a time. This was by far the best service. We were so well looked after by Natalia who...couldn't do enough for us. Continually checking in that we were okay and offering to bring us more food. Nothing was any trouble. We will be back soon!More
Arrived, waited 15 minutes to order, finally got there and was told that food would be a bare minimum of an hours wait. What was the point if booking a table? If u can't cope with the amount if people, say no when they try...to book!!! We didn't stay!More
Terrible management! (Date of visit 8/5/23, 6pm) Chicken roast 4 whole carrots chopped into 4, chewy frozen chicken, no cabbage available apparently, thimble of gravy, stuffing missing, peas cold! My jacket potato rock hard, sent it back, by the time new one came I’d eaten...the the rest of my meal! Mentioned roast to manager he just shrugged! Lovely waitress only saving grace (don’t know her name but she had blonde and black ‘half & half’ hair in plaits) she seemed embarrassed about the food and offered us complementary desserts. The male Manager that evening totally uninterested in anything and tried to blame his staff for ‘not knowing what they were doing’More
My husband & I stayed at this Premier Inn for 3 nights & ate breakfast & dinner in the attached Brewers Fayre which is excellent! Spaced out tables in very nice surroundings ( if you eat in the conservatory you get a brilliant view of...the countryside from high up) The breakfast is very well stocked & nicely presented including a well cooked breakfast for under £10! Dinner is ‘pub grub’, good choice, no long waiting times, very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly & attentive. A special ‘Thankyou’ to Lizzie behind the bar with her help with my choice of wine, smiley nature, nothing was too much trouble for her! You’re a star! A super place in all respectsMore
40 of us visited today for Our monthly Lunch Club! Absolutely amazing food and service from start to finish! Could not recommend enough! We are looking forward too visiting again! Special Thanks to Shelly who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly...and Julie and Natalia were brilliant too! A credit to you!More
Great food ,great service ,Lizzie went the extra mile ,all staff helpful and friendly . Would definitely go again .
A great half way meeting place for some friends from Burnham. Less than £10.00 for an eat all you want breakfast, what great value. Also served by the lovely Shelly. What’s not to like.
I stayed here over the weekend and I loved it had a great host who sat me took the breakfast order and served it (shelly) everything was perfect even down to the muffins. Definitely recommend! And will be staying here again.
So stopped here for Lunch today and I just have to write a review. I had such a good experience, felt so comfortable with my 2 little girls. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Natalia was extremely attentive and organised, she hosted us. The...food was also very delicious and served at perfect timing etc. Thank you, will be visiting againMore
Well things are never good when your vinegar bottle has a couple of dead flies stuck to the neck/lid! Although they would probably have been nicer to eat than the meat that I was served! I watched the manger be consistently rude to fellow diners...and staff. Whilst on a previous visit I witnessed a family with a visually impaired child get shouted at for trying to sit in a closed part of the restaurant! The service was fairly rude in general it appeared that the staff didn’t want to be there and the clients were a hinderance to some extent. I will not recommend this place and most certainly won’t return. Somebody needs to remind these guys that the clients pay their wagesMore
Putting it out there this Brewers Fayre breakfast was the best I’ve had for ages mind you Shelley who looked after us was amazing, highly recommend ❣️
Amazing food and staff, super friendly and worth going to for the lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed myself and can't wait to go again with some friends.
