Had a lovely Sunday lunch with friends. Excellent food, excellent service, good value. Well worth the visit.

We stayed for one night during a walking holiday. Ian (The Manager) was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The food is great and we look forward to returning.

We were disappointed with the triple cooked chips as they were anaemic and non-fluffy. Saying that, the steak and haddock were excellent and the triple raspberry dessert was superb.

The place looks the part and staff very friendly, but food very disappointing. Chips were dry as if they'd been reheated, burger overcooked and dry. Prices not cheap
