Sunday lunch with the family, I booked a few days in advance to be sure of finding a place as it is a very popular restaurant in the area. I have known him since I was little and we holidayed in Scauri in the summer months, we often came there in the spring too. every year when I return to scauri I can not help but go from Gioacchino or Concordia where as always you eat well and with many variations. The staff is always friendly and professional what about the real owner competent not only in offering excellent dishes but also sports. Traditional trattoria, chilled out, lovely food and not expensive. Good job we went in because the food was lovely, and very honest. We felt very much looked after, even with our patchy Italian. Menu has English on inspection. Their pizza is among the best. Everything we ate there was really nice. Very reasonably priced. Seafood pizza recommended. Lots of Italians eating here, which was a good sign.

Been here many times and I'm going again soon. A very wholesome Italian dinner place. I've had several pasta dishes and pizza, salads etc but I always order anchovies and butter on toast. There is almost always a basketball team eating here and I find that very cool. On at least three occasions there was a super old man eating a mountain of food. I can't help but think he was once a big shot in town. This establishment is not Riviera style but it has character and class.

My girlfriend and I have tasted here many dishes. I can recommend an excellent tiramisu, pesce and especially pasta del pescatore. Very good was penne all arrabbiata and pizza diavola. Everything else tasted also good. This cuisine is fresh, clean, rustic and well-seasoned.
