Ate here twice this past weekend and enjoyed the food. Staff was friendly and helpful, wine servings and food portions were very generous and the food was tasty. We were there for dinner on 2 separate occasions and enjoyed both meals. Couldn't get the chicken...pot pie either time as they had run out so it must be good! The burger was tasty and the fish dinner was done nicely. Saw the roast beef dinner being served and it looked tasty as well. The blueberry pie is a must to try - enjoyed every bite! Highly recommend this place for a very family style restaurant. It's not fine-dining but it is definitely good food at reasonable prices with excellent service.More

Decent takeaway during COVID restrictions. Georgian Bay whitefish was too dry, but to be fair, it sat in a takeout container for 20 minutes while we drove back to our cottage rental. Friendly service and a cozy feeling to this small locals business.

We stopped for supper. Had a variety of items amongst my family. Milkshakes were good. Deep fried foods were ok , it’s hard to mess that up I ordered a “ real” meal , the frozen veggies were inedible , the mashed potatoes were instant!...And had some disgusting cheap margarine on them . The chicken breast hard hard overcooked edges and was tasteless. For 3 people it was $75, and they brought our food outside on floppy soggy paper plates. Then have a garbage can and bucket for us to put our own glasses and cutlery in when we’re done Why the heck would I tip if I clean up myself? And stand in line to order . SeriouslyMore

We had both breakfast and dinner here. Both meals were good as well as reasonably priced. It’s a little dated but everything was clean.

Nice Lunch. Opted to leave the busy Tobermory and headed down Hwy 6. Nice simple menu with lots to choose from. Enjoyed a nice, unrushed, lunch. Wait staff was pleasant & efficient. Our lunches arrived nice & hot.

too bad there is no option for 0 star rating because as soon as you walk in the place looks like a whole bunch of germs and dirt were spilled into it. the place is extremely dirty, the dump has horrible service, the people are...rude, and I guess they don't check for bed bugs. the picture shown below is my daughter's shoulder where she got multiple bites. she now has over 30 bites on her body which makes me wonder, how often do they really wash and clean the place? now about the service. we asked for an extra bottle of body wash and surprise, surprise, they didn't give it to us. they said they would but they didn't. I can't forget how horrible the water pressure is. it feels like someone is peeing on you. it might sound gross, but its true. the morning we went to leave I handed the lady the keys to our room and she said in an extremely rude way, "just leave it on the table". my daughters are extremely energetic and so when they did a summer salt on the bed, all the nasty dust came flying up in the sunlight. oh and not to mention, my daughter isn't the only one who got bed bugs. me, and my other daughter did too. we had to wash out all our clothes in the coin laundry in order to not get it into our home. overall, I do NOT recommend, If you can't seem to find a good hotel/motel, DON'T GO. and DO NOT use it as a backup. as said before I would rather sleep on the streets.More

There is only a handful of rooms and apparently that is still far too much for this establishment to handle. Horrible experience. Upon check in, I was sent to two different rooms- both with peoples things in them. The staff member mentioned "sorry, our book...is unorganized." Clearly. My partner and I left and arrived later that evening. There was dark hair all over the bed sheets(which neither of us have), so I highly doubt the bed sheets were washed. I was grossed out to even sleep- but had to return as we had a function to attend nearby. We paid for two nights. After the first night, we left for the day to come back to NOTHING in our room. THE STAFF TOOK OUR THINGS OUT OF THE ROOM, and placed them in their office. I contacted the manager the following morning to have her laugh and say "well, we didn't see your car there.. did you even sleep there last night?" I paid for the room. NO ONE SHOULD BE TOUCHING MY THINGS. If you plan on staying in this hole, make sure you leave your personal items locked up in your car because they might assume you left and take them.More
