Great food, simple as. I was fortunate enough to sample the platter which is no longer available which is a shame! Also had nachos to take away which was lovely! Very saddened at the Brie B kings disappearance though! My favourite!

Had a lunch here and the burgers were absolutely fantastic, great selection of beers and a warm welcome. The venue is a bit funky in a converted chapel, well worth a visit.

Me and my boyfriend ordered a takeaway from the hub box in Truro, the gentlemen on the phone said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When we went to collect our order we were informed that it had not been processed and that by...More

Hubbox Truro is one of the best places to eat in Cornwall, with incredible burgers and the best skin on fries ever. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, and even though there's often a wait at busy times, you'll never feel ignored. The...More

We stumbled across this place and glad we did! The food was simply delicious and plenty of it, we didn't have room for dessert. Their malt milkshakes are divine! I had the BBQ beef burger and cheesy chips, excellent. The children had a malt strawberry...More

This is a converted church made into a restaurant. If you like burgers and hotdogs, definitely a must try. The decor is very American style, it works and looks good. Personally we think it is slightly over rated for the price you pay for a...More

Really enjoyed the meals here. Very American, not terribly healthy, but lush. Dirty fries are a must. Service was a bit slow, especially when we wanted the bill and to pay, however they were quite busy. Will go again for sure.

Visiting this place with some friends during our stay in Truro. By far the best pub we visited . Great homemade food and really good cocktails. The decor and atmosphere spot on !

Its an old converted church so has a really cool vibe, the food is alright - nothing special but not bad at all. It was around £10 for a burger which i'd say is the going rate for truro. Nice place to visit with friends,...More

Description
Our original Truro restaurant was specially converted from a 30 foot shipping container into a fully modern mini-restaurant with seating for 20 inside. The feedback and response from our customers was so great we had to find a bigger more permanent location. We have now relocated to the former chape. Head chef Alex Towill has overseen the menu which includes the Hubbox's popular range of handmade burgers, hot dogs made from 98% free range pork, pulled pork sandwiches and the Hub Big Mack Daddy - crispy Cornish mackerel with shredded beetroot and horseradish mayo. Our menu uses the very best Cornish ingredients in a relaxed quality way and has been winning rave reviews in St Ives, Truro and Exeter. We have now extended the Hubbox menu with a range of BBQ specials slow smoked over hickory wood chips and in Truro we also have a fully stocked bar with an ever changing beer wall of great craft beers and a selection of funky cocktails.
