Visited 55 degrees north at around 6-30pm. The menu took a bit off working out, but when I realised that at the top off each page told what offer was on. We could order and pay for the main meal and we got a starter...More

First of all, I had to deduct for slow service; however, I can forgive because only one waitress was there and management should have anticipated the need for another because a Rick Steves tour group of 30 was booked and arrived during our dinner service....More

Dropped in for bowl of soup but all food looked so good we ordered a meal. Only £10 for 2 courses. Food was great and plenty of it. Drinks are also great value.

Food was good, not great and service was just OK. Didnt get part of my order until it was too late. The view is spectacular if you can get a table by the window definately do it.

The lower level cafe of 55 degrees is a great spot for lunch, a leisurely coffee or glass of wine. The views are spectacular and the cleverly designed patio has a roof making it comfortable all year round. Dogs are welcome.

We were very late in booking (same day) so were seated in the downstairs café bistro which is a bit squashed - but we didn't mind as we know we should've booked earlier for main part of bistro. But the food was still great!
