Called here on a Friday evening, very busy but there were tables available. We've had breakfast here before and it was great however this was not to be repeated. Restaurant was offering 3 courses for price of main course, we had cheesy bread and deep...More

We were visiting Portrush for the afternoon and popped in here for lunch. It was very busy with it being the easter holidays but we were seated immediately in front of the huge glass windows with amazing views over the sea. There was a special...More

There was a time, many moons ago, when 55 degrees offered a decent meal with a pleasant view. The good news is that the view is still pleasant. The food is sadly substandard, think 80s pub grub and you have to order three courses of...More

Terrible service, terrible food and terrible experience. Left waiting, staff don't want to be there and they are totally ill prepared and lacked experience. Take too many walk ins and can't manager them. I used to love this place but won't be back!

We know what we are going to get at 55 North as they continue to successfully deliver quality eats and a very modest price - especially if you go for the early bird special. 3 courses for the price of the most expensive course, the...More

This place was a miss on every level: The food was dreadful (I'm vegetarian and what I got was the equivalent of cheap slop on a plate)....but even worse was the service. It wasn't clear as to who our server was - and we couldn't...More

Having eaten here previously it was alarming to see how service and food slid once it became just a little busier. Gutted we loved it but just goes to prove that the places busier all year round may be best after all. Bad service, soggy chips,luke...More

When we were there last week we were told by one of the staff that there is no ladies toilet on the same level as the restaurant, only a ladies on the Bistro level. Can someone confirm if this is correct as we would like to take some elderly ladies for a meal who would be unable to use stairs. Also is there a disable ramp outside from the restaurant level to the Bistro level? Many thanks. Reenie654
