I previously quiet liked this place I haven't been in ages and called in today hubby had steak special which came with chips pepper sauce and onion rings it looked good although it wasn't a thick piece of steak. Service was good and surroundings were nice. I ordered the chicken bacon pasta which was not nice at all. The sauce... More

ordered steak, on menu tells you what is blue, rare, medium and well done, pity the chef had not read this as my medium steak arrived like a piece of old leather, the three girls serving drinks did not have a clue, never again

Went here over North west on a few occasions, there were 8 of us . We were made very welcome, the service was prompt and friendly, we tried various meals from their menu and we all enjoyed the food tremendously, sizzling steaks are great especially if you are hungry! and the cod was the best.

Great Mother's Day lunch! Best fish and chips we've had! And the salad was superb! (The chick peas were an added delight!) The caramel apple pie for dessert topped it all off! Lovely staff snd hats off to the chef!

Called in here for light lunch and coffee on bank holiday Monday. It wasn't busy which should have been our first clue that it was not the place to be! An americano and a flat white cost almost £8! There were no beverages listed on the menu so we had no idea that 'Dick Turpin' (infamous highway robber for those... More

Called here when walking in Portrush, about four o'clock. Quiet at that time but staff still attentive. My wife is more adventurous than I am food wise and she started with calamari which she said was very good. I had a sizzling steak and it was great. I couldn't finish, you will certainly not leave here talking about small portions. Not... More

The food was not perfect, the steaks we ordered arrived cold and cooked wrong way ( we ask for medium or medium rare one but we got all of them cooked well done). The stuff was very nice and friendly but totally not organised, one of waitress didn't know what type of drinks restaurant has in an offer.. Comparing quality... More

I'm going to keep this short. Our family visit to this restaurant was our worst meal experience ever. There was 3 waitresses on duty-each was duller than the next. The food was bought in Lidl or Aldi and reheated for the restaurant. Avoid if at all possible. I didn't take a picture as I was so p**sed off.

The food here is very delicious and they offer some seafood dishes as well as the typical burgers and chips, they also offer potatoes too. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I love the theming of the restaurant, it is as though you're in a boat which is a perfect theme for a seaside restaurant. It... More

My family and I have been visiting the Spinnaker for food for many years and it has always been excellent. The prices are reasonable and the portions are great. I would definitely recommend it, it's usually open long before most of the other restaurants in Portrush.
