I have been to this place on multiple occasions. I have always loved it. Cute, quirky, great home made food, plenty of choice, great parking, option to eat outside also. However, there is a certain member of staff I have found rude and unprofessional on a few occasions. Yesterday while out for a late lunch with my sister (who I... More

Enjoyed quick tasty lunch, liked food on display so can see what appeals. Haven't been in this area for awhile, so was pleased it was same good quality home cooking. Generous portions. Old school house with ample car park. Tempting array of baked produce to take away.

My wife and I would be regular visitors to Gilberry Fair, but today it really annoyed me that when we went to sit down the tables had crumbs on them and worst of all the floor around the large table on the ground area was surrounded with left over food and a spoon. Some might say so what but too... More

Stopped off here recently for a brunch. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. There is a lovely atmosphere in the place but I do feel it needs a freshen up. It is a lovely old school house which has lots of character, and serves good food but it has become a little tired.

Called for a quick lunch, and wasn't that hungry until I went in. There is a lovely homely atmosphere in the building which is an old school. There was a fantastic spread on the servery, we went for the stuffed chicken with baked potato and veg. Doesn't sound all that exciting but it was absolutely delicious, really good quality chicken... Gorgeous brunch, flexible and charming staff, loved my French toast , unlike another local eatery who couldn't do brunch at 12.15 on a Saturday

Was staying nearby and drove pass this wee place. Decided to turn round and stop for a look inside. There is a large car park and plenty of space to park. It seems to be a very popular plac with locals and people driving through. The food is served from a hotplate and you can see what it looks like... More
