Food is good and staff our friendly. Have been a few times now. Prices are fair. It does get really bust so it's always best to book. I had a steak which was acceptable but being an (ex chef) have had better . would recommend but not my first choice for a place to go for food.

Very good establishment, and obviously doing very well, as recently expanded hugely. However, they have a very difficult to follow set of opening and closing times ,which I know are displayed on signs outside, but what makes it complicated is that if you arrive for example a short time before it is advertised as set to close ( even though... There was a lovely variety of veg that didn't feel over processed like some carvery's do. The inside is nicely decorated and spacious and it also... More

Worth a visit, it's a bit strange (think Cocoon) but overall good. It's the only place in Cornwall where I got referred to as "my lover", so that was nice. Took the kids, 2 6 yr olds, and they both had spag bol, seemed to go down well. It's once of the few places we returned to during our 2... More

Having been to the Windy Ridge many times for Sunday lunches, Christmas parties, birthday parties, and recommended the Restraunt to many friends and holiday guests etc etc, we were shocked and very disappointed by the service we received on Sunday 7th May. We booked a table for four for 6.30pm for the Carvery, arrived at 6.30 only to find the... More

We moved to the area recently and have been to Windy Ridge a few times now and have always found the food to be outstanding. Also the customer service is second to none, they are extremely friendly and they have made us feel very welcome, honestly I would say this is the best place we have eaten at locally to... More

After hearing about new management decided to try it again after poor food etc. on previous visits. Pleasantly surprised at the change of décor. food was a vast improvement over the last visit. Reasonable sized portions & price.
