I still go here when I'm in the area visiting my Mum and Dads. Great place especially if you are a Fisherman or hunter. However I'm useless at both so I would recommend the drink and food. I was last here with my son Daniel after climbing Neiphin when we had a first class pint of Guinness.

Had a date night here last year, wasting left waiting long for waiter to take order even though restaurant was full! Did not had to wait very long for food either. It was cooked exactly how I ask and was very tasty good quality meat, staff very friendly and helpful! Beautiful scenery around especially since we got a window seat!... More

Hubby was drinking Guinness ( which went down very smoothly ) and I was on the Carlsberg ( also smooth on the palate ) our son was drinking cola. The bar staff were very pleasant and welcoming and also very efficient. Our meals in... More

Just had an evening meal there which was very disappointing. First of all l asked about the early bird menu which l was told by a waiter didn't exist now even though it was displayed along with other menus. My husband ordered prawn and smoked salmon and l asked for smoked salmon with brown bread. When they eventually arrived my... More

We ate in Healy's a few nights ago and i have to say first of all the food was simply beautiful so compliments to the chef. But on behalf of the management we were majorly disappointed this was the man who appeared to be the supervisor or boss on the evening and he was to say the least loud and... More
