Visited Doolin in February 2017 with husband and two children. Fitzpatrick's Bar was warm, friendly and welcoming. A welcoming fire was just the thing we needed after a chilly outing to the Cliffs of Moher. There were some local musicians playing some traditional music too...More

We started with the local oysters. It felt like eating the ocean - so fresh and delicious. I ordered the bucket of mussels. It was one of my favorite meals in Ireland! Decadent and yummy!!

We popped in for a late lunch (early dinner) of soup, brown bread and of course Guinness. We came back later in the evening for music, I ordered a side of chips, and more Guinness. Fun bar, fun crowd and good craic!!!

We ate there two nights in a row. The fish and chips, the fish cakes, calamari and seafood chowder were all delicious. They had a ton of Irish beers on tap.

We were lucky on the first night having music. The pub food was so good that we decided to come back the next night. The Guiness beer definately tastes better in Ireland than it does in the United States!

Had dinner here on the recommendation of our B&B and we weren't disappointed. It's a popular spot so we had to wait 30 minutes for a table but we were happy to hang out in the bar (also a great spot with lots of choice...More
