We booked in for breakfast on Saturday 6th August as we were staying locally at Riverside Cabins . What a lovely place , the food and staff were amazing and very well organised. We were given a choice of where to sit and they then explained that we fill out the order form on the table from the menu and then take that up to the till for our order to be processed, very organised and efficient. We ordered two mini monster breakfast's and tea & coffee, all cooked and made to order , one of the best breakfast's we have eaten in a long time, as everything served at the farm is made, sourced & cooked on site , so all fresh. We returned on Sunday morning as we enjoyed the food so much , this time we didnt book , but no problem at all , all very well organised. We then visited the farm shop & bought some of the produce to take back home with us , again, amazing , bacon , sausages, eggs , milk and homemade cakes. Yes sometimes farms are a more expensive , but the quality of the produce is worth the price in our opinion. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

I and three adult family members went there for lunch. We were not disappointed, the staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The food arrived in exceptionally good time, was of a high quality and was sensibly priced. I will happily return and recommend it to others.

Visit this farm shop regularly with my little ones. They have some outdoor toys to play with, picnic benches and a really lovely enclosed woodland walk! Winsbury dairy have a fresh milk and milkshake machine with the most fantastic milk and the shop sells the reusable glass bottles. Staff are friendly. Great place to visit!

Usually a good experience but today not so. We ordered at 13.51 and got our Luke warm coffee at 14.15....... sausage sandwich (good) arrived at 14.35 and so did my breakfast minus toast, sauce and salt + pepper. After a few minutes a decided to go inside and told to wait as it was on its way...... toast turned up and it was white not brown as ordered. Another 5 minutes and now my bfast is cold, as I walked back to ask if they could keep it warm our waitress is throwing her arms around saying we were liars...... I asked she double check our order and then she said ooops she was wrong. The manager with her was rude asking me to pipe down when I was very calm and explaining it’s difficult to hear someone calling your wife a liar and then realising she was correct but no apology. Customer service and manners should be a given. I did get a fresh breakfast with an undercooked tomato and over cooked egg!

Arrived at about 12.30 and entered the marquee and were given a table (which had not been cleaned and there were crumbs all over the seats) We waited between 10 and 15 minutes until the young man decided to stop clearing tables and take our order. After ordering he returned again and after about 5 minutes were were then told that a large order had come in and our food would be about half an hour. . . We only wanted a bacon sandwich. We decided to just have coffee instead but after waiting for another five minutes we decided to just cancel the order and find somewhere else. A man who came in after us also left. I should point out that it was quiet and there were only five occupied tables so we couldn't see why the service was so slow. Moor Farm lost business from us and from other people and we were also going to spend money in the shop before we left. We won’t be back. Obviously our custom is not important so we cannot comment on the food or the quality.

Gone so far downhill - no organisation at all, scruffy and inattentive staff and food not what it was. Sign on entrance says “Table service only”. Reality is that if you wait for service you will watch countless people go to tell till and get served before you. Bacon in meal was thin and poorly cooked and flat white coffee was more like a very milky latte. Toast came on a plate to share between two and no side plates. Staff forgot cutlery and seemed not to know what they were doing. Such a shame as this place used to be good but they’ve lost their way. Seems many other reviews say similar but they haven’t addressed this at all - so don’t deserve and won’t get our custom.

My partner and I decided to visit our local farm shop and cafe for a Sunday morning breakfast. Well, what a debacle! We entered the marquee that is situated toward the back of the shop. It was pretty much empty with the exception of two tables. The floor was run by 4 teenagers with no sign of management. Service was slow and no communication between staff members. This resulted in being asked our order multiple times or in contrast, not being looked after by anybody at all. At times we were completely ignored after requesting items that we had ordered. Items on the plate were cold - condiments, for example, butter, arriving 15 minutes after our toast (which was not going to make an appearance unless we gave a reminder to the waiter). Our friends next to us, also experienced similar issues, such as no water after being requested, wrong items on the plate after making changes and multiple visits from different waiters asking the same questions. However, despite that faults, the food was very tasty. I can only put our poor experience down to lack of experience and communication between staff members and anonymous management. What a shame.

I was very much looking forward to visiting Moor Farm cafe but sadly won't be returning. Waiting time for food was very long, tables dirty and not wiped between customers, food was average but hugely overpriced. Left feeling quite ripped off. The staff all seemed lovely however.

Arrived at 11.20 as passing through the area, this was our first visit. When we entered the cafe area it was not obvious if you had to wait to be seated or seat ourselves, we had to ask. The server came to the table fairly quickly to take our order, coffee and breakfast sarnies. Coffee arrived promptly, but after 30mins the sarnies hadn’t arrived and we had to chase. We were not warned of a lengthy wait when we ordered or we would have ordered cake. The server who I asked to check on our order clearly wasn’t happy I’d asked and replied “there’s a few orders in a queue”. Yes that’s obvious as that’s what happens in a kitchen and wasn’t my question. There was no apology. I asked her to find out exactly how long it would be as we needed to continue our journey. The server came back and advised 5-10mins further wait. Again, no apology. The food did arrive after 40mins of waiting. Plates plonked on the table and again no apology. It is worth noting that the place was not full, most people had eaten when we arrived having been there before us. Eventually only 5tables of diners remained, most of which were complaining. I saw another table have their cooked breakfasts delivered without cutlery and they waiting some time before it arrived. Sarnies were piping hot and fresh when they arrived but due to the service I would not visit again. Reasonable prices considering it’s a farm shop/cafe.

We visited for breakfast this morning and were looking forward to it. However, we were extremely disappointed and feel the place has gone down hill considerably. The breakfasts were very poor with items being cold, greasy or over cooked. The produce did not seem very good quality at all especially the bacon which looked so bad that neither of us even touched it. We left £26 lighter but still hungry as we didn’t eat most of it. Although the 2 ladies were nice, nobody came to check on us or clear the table. When paying the bill, I expressed my disappointment over the food

Cafe + small farm shop in a lovely rural location, easy to access & lovely views across the polo field next door. We both had a Mini Breakfast - few minor changes would be perfect! Ingredients were fresh & tasty, mostly nicely cooked, service was quite fast. The eggs & black pudding both cooked with too much oil left on the plate, otherwise great. Coffees nice. We'll be going back!

Haven’t called here for the last few months somewhat disappointed. Cake and coffee. Lemon and poppy seed sponge quite dry. Another cafe that has suffered as a result of Covid-seating capacity greatly reduced-we were lucky to get a seat indoors but there were several that didn’t (Sunday morning). We were asked to vacate the table ‘as people were waiting’ even though we had only just finished. 😳

A lovely little cafe on a working farm with a shop & butchery on site. I visited with a few family members for a mid-week lunch and was not disappointed. Our server, Hayley, was delightful. She was friendly, welcoming & helpful when we had questions. The food was delicious and portions were plentiful. We could tell that many of the customers were regulars and visited there often to eat lunch , so that speaks volumes. I believe that most, if not all, of the food is produced on the farm itself, and if not ,then it is all locally sourced. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and it is dog-friendly outdoors if you are visiting with your furry companion. I would recommend visiting here for lunch.

Fabulous breakfast Sandwiches. Visited as part of our cycling club. We visit many cafe’s throughout Shropshire and know a good bacon sandwich when we see one! Can’t fault the service and lovely food served in the cafe today. Bread I was told was baked on site and was absolutely delicious. Look forward to our next visit.

I enjoyed the cafe but I have a point to make out of principle. I wanted a tea with dairy free milk (which they didn’t have) so I went for a peppermint tea instead and cake. On the menu it said a hot drink & cake is £5.50. The lady on the till said the peppermint tea wasn’t included in the hot drink and cake deal which I thought was a bit poor.
