I wouldn’t necessarily recommend a special trip out to this cafeteria-style eatery, but Petit Passage Cafe more than met our needs for a casual lunch after our whale-watching tour. Despite having to deal with a never-ending line of customers, the staff didn’t seem stressed, even indulging my hunt for the biggest lobster in their live tank. While it would be... More

Stopped in for lunch while waiting for the ferry. Lentil soup was amazing as was the seafood chowder. The ladies working there were genuinely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The only reason this is not a 5 is that the Coconut Cream Pie ordered was not as fabulous as the other food - crust was flakely but unflavorful... More

Enjoyed lunch while we waited for the whale watching tour. We ordered the scallop Caesar salad, the lobster roll, and the haddock burger. Everyone loved their meals. Great friendly service.

We stopped here to book our passage on the whale watching excursion and had a bite to eat beforehand. The staff is super friendly and the food was great.

Two grilled cheese (literally, sandwich bread with a single slice of cheese) and a turkey club were $18. No sides come with and service was excruciatingly slow. We ate there because our options were limited but if we had other options, we'd probably dine elsewhere.

There really aren't any other places nearby to grab a bite, but that's not a problem because the food at this quaint little stop is DELICIOUS! Our family was staying about 5 minutes up the road, and we found ourselves down at the Café almost daily. Delicious scallop rolls (our favorite), lobster rolls, chowder, lobster club sandwiches, and milkshakes! We... More

This is a small cafe connected right by where you take the whale watching tour and beside the East Ferry. The scallop roll was good, but it would be nice if it was served on a plate like the rest of the dishes, it was hard to eat. The Acadian chicken pie was... different... the waitress warned me, and I... More

Great lobster roll for me and grilled cheese for my daughter while we waited for our whale watch tour to depart. Lobster was tasty and extremely plentiful. Very friendly folks working there, too.

This is a small cafe located where you buy your tickets for the whale watching excursion. There is not a great a selection on the menu but if you are looking a quick bite before heading out whale watching this is the only show in town. The hot dogs are good as is the soup of the day. Other items... More
