This restaurant has a number of things going for it
1. The lengthy menu is in Lao and ENGLISH so there is no doubt what you are ordering
2. They speak enough English to make it simple to order food & drink (and pay the bill)
3. The food is really well priced
4. And above all, everything is freshly cooked and really really tasty
We’ve eaten here a couple of times (dinner and breakfast) and have no hesitation in recommending it. You won’t be disappointed

A View of the restaurant is very good view, and it is in the Centro of Samneu, nearly a guest House and hotels

Try the salad with egg here! Really good! Food was good and more than enough! Nice location, enough parkingspace.

This restaurant serves local and western food. The food is tasty, the portions generous and the prices very reasonable. Service is slow, but they are willing to accommodate special requests such as vegan. The menu is bilingual.

Not a lot of options in Xam Neua for the freshly arrived tourist. This place has an english menu and is easily found at the roundabout next to Dounhome and Phasouk Guesthouses.
If you continue along from the roundabout you will find other eateries but you will struggle without a menu possibly.
An easy option to sort dinner out.

Dannaomeuangxam restaurant, I have been here many times. As THE restaurant in town for western and Laos food, it is very good. Knowing the family and understand that the food is made fresh from organic products bought at the local market makes one appreciate the effort into the food.
