I have only ever stopped here for a quick drink when bars on Rue de Metz with outdoor seating have been too full and it is perfectly ok but just doesn't have the same buzz in this location. The service is efficient and you get a complimentary bag of crisps with your drink. It is always pretty busy with locals... More

Lovely classy bar, only stopped for a quick drink (it turned into 3!) staff friendly, decor great, prices surprisingly reasonable, definitely visit again if we are in the area.

Busy on the main street, but the staff all cope well, good food served promptly and good value, ideal at lunchtime, good range of beers and wines

By chance dropped in here late in the afternoon. We noticed customers turning up for bookings but we did not have a problem getting a table for three by the window. There are tables outside but it was a bit too cold on the day. Like everywhere else in Le Touquet, prices are a bit more than in other places... More

I was on a golf trip and 12 of us turned up at Jean's with no booking. Le Touquet was not particularly busy so we were accommodated ok. We were all impressed with not only the efficient and friendly service but the quality of the food. I had the calamari starter followed by the leg of lamb for 2 (I... More

Group of ten of us visited. Great burgers and ribs. Just what we needed. Ate a lot, drank a fair bit and bill was good value (around 50 Euro for Massive Burger, pudding and 4-5 beers) Excellent service, we were in there for 3 hours plus and never rushed. A must if you're hungry.

This bustling café in the centre of Le Touquet is part New York diner, and part Parisian bistro. With a brasserie-style ambience and stateside memorabilia on the walls, Le Jean's Café is a fun place to visit whether you're looking for a nice place for lunch, a mid-afternoon glass of wine, or a relaxed place for dinner with something on the menu for everyone. The menu features American -style pizzas and pasta alongside traditional French fare, and you can chow down on anything from garlic snails to sticky barbecued spare ribs. We love the steak served with Bearnaise sauce, provençal herbs and fries, and Jean's signature pizza made with ham, mushrooms, mixed herbs, Gorgonzola and mozzarella cheese.
