In Fasano we wanted to try Trabalzini Luca's cuisine in his Pentole e Provette restaurant.

When we come to Puglia we can not stop in this amazing place! Always a beautiful location with a truly family welcome! Attentive and never invasive service with the Chief's wife who illustrates the dishes demonstrating how much love the Chief, the kitchen brigade and all the staff put into what they do! Large cellar with excellent local labels and fair mark-ups. Do not miss the dessert .... amazing realization on the table ... well deserved mention on the Michelin Guide 2024! Bravo!

This must have been one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. We had the five course menu which came along with snacks, olive oil tasting and pre-dessert. Every course was so delicious and full of flavour. The couple who owns the restaurant was also the ones welcoming us, cooking and serving the food. We visited as a family and they were very friendly towards our son. All in all an experience you must not miss if you’re in the surroundings of Fasano.

Exceptional! Small place, outside the centre, well-kept, with a small terrace where you can eat under a lemon tree. Relaxed, pleasant environment with attentive and precise service. I liked everything: well presented dishes, really good. Personally, I don't have any bad notes to report in any of the land and sea dishes I tasted. Many "little cuddles" served between the main courses to accompany the journey. More than fair! Very nice and tasty restaurant. It as a very good experience. We took a fix menu for 80€ with finger food starters, octopus and rocket, spaghetti with sea urchin, sea bass and various special dessert. Every bites is an experience. Very very good, all served with a special bottle of wine called Erbaceo.
We were also with our two small daughters and they got finger food starters, a dish of good pasta and dessert. All for 260€ but completely good. The restaurant is into a rock wall made by arches. Very good feeling. The only negative point was that is without AC but they put fans not close but with nice air feeling. We need also to say that this week is the hottest of the summer. But the experience was great

We had booked dinner thanks to my daughter who "handles" with the internet.
Upon arrival we are greeted by young and welcoming staff who make you feel immediately at ease.
As we order the owner (who is also the cook) explains the "philosophy" and the path we could have followed and, honestly, at first I was a bit disoriented and doubtful.
At the arrival of the dishes and gradually continuing on this gastronomic "journey" I literally enjoyed the route.
I think that never before has what I have eaten corresponded perfectly with the personality of the chef/owner, along with his wife and a couple of girls who explain the dishes they are serving you in a timely and very professional way and with that touch of class and sympathy that makes the difference.

Driven by the positive reviews, we enter this truly welcoming restaurant and are welcomed by the hosts with marked kindness and hospitality. Welcomed by a prelude of cuddles that even surprised our children with their goodness and originality. We had confirmation of the refinement of the raw materials by tasting the first courses, the bread and the oil. It is not obvious to eat a tagliolini with sea urchins that is so delicate and at the same time releases flavors of our seas and distant seas, all washed down with fragrant and excellently paired wines. I tried this restaurant intrigued by Luca and Rossella's story. Luca Toscanaccio thoroughbred and Rossella Pugliese calm but incisive at the right time. P&P is a great discovery for us during our stay. We wanted to end it on a high note and our intuition did not fail us. A succession of small dishes well executed both in presentation and in taste and the search for new flavors that make up the identity of this restaurant. Dinner was my boyfriend's birthday present. The place has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The dinner was nothing short of amazing. Unexpectedly we had dinner on the first day the chef proposed the new menu. Everything great, in the dishes all the flavors were well balanced and all well evident. Fantastic service both by the waitress and by the chef who was able to well recommend drinks and bitter final.
Wild boar in Indian sauce and coconut ice cream super recommended 🤩.

Exceptional gourmet restaurant.
We had a delicious time, we had the three-course menu, more than enough, with all the little appetizers, oil tasting, first dessert, dessert and other petit fours.
It was an explosion for the taste buds and fireworks for the eyes.
