Everyone raves about this place. Looked at the website and were looking forward to a Majorca Ibiza like upmarket trendy beach club. Which it is. But Ibiza Majorca it is not. Situated next to some Skegness like beach development and a shanti village of converted shipping containers into accommodation the lovely blue waters and views of Comino are somewhat Spoiled.... Baia beach club is located at the north of the island. It has amazing beds to lie on, they serve fantastic drinks while you toast in the sun. The restaurant is fantastic, with amazing fresh fish, tasty pasta, great salads, fabulous wines. You definitely need to reserve beds and a table on weekends. It is quite pricey, but worth it.

I spent one day in this place for both lunch and have a day on the beach. The location is very nice, just in front of Comino. There is no beach but the umbrella and beds are on a plate of concreete where you can dive from. The umbrella and beds are over the average compared to other places. The... More

As any travellers to Mellieha will surely testify it is THE beach place on Malta. However, less known, is the little peninsula of Armier just at the northern end of the beach. The Baia Beach Club is a very large jewel in the Little Armier crown.

We have ordered different dishes, I have asked for a tagliata: average meat quality, small portion, yellow suspicious parmesan for 25 euros. Service is good tough, the guys are super gentle and smiling which is always good. First and last time for me.

Decided to try and escape the crowds on the beach and headed here instead. Setting was fab and seemed clean and inviting. Sunbeds were rather expensive, especially being a family. Beach menu was very limited and somewhat over priced. Didn't eat in the restaurant though it did look lovely.

This was truly a very nice location with a superb view of the sea - Comino is in plain site. I've been to various beaches in Malta, which were always quite nice but frequently quite crowded, so it was nice to spend a very relaxing day on a terrace that wasn't crowded at all. The deckchairs were comfortable, the umbrella... More

Place is lovely and sunbeds/umbrellas were very well spaced out. Place was almost full but did not seem crowded. Staff very nice, polite and efficient. Food was excellent although portions were rather small by usual standards but more than enough if you want to return to the sea after lunch. Showers and toilets were spotless. Well done to everyone. Was trying to be Ibiza, not right for Malta. terrible night club music in the middle of the day. Hot sunloungers on cement, no beach whatsoever. Ate at the restaurant. Food was decent for Malta, nice vegetables and good olive oil, but pretty overpriced and small portions. But worst of all was the service. Waited so long for anyone to... More
