We have been coming to this restaurant every year for 4 years now, always wonderful. !! This time we took a truly top quality Chianina tartare and to follow, as every year now, we took a Chianina Florentine weighing almost a kilo and a half, IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH. a real delight for the palate, I have never eaten such excellent meat and above all cooked properly, rare and not cooked on the outside as often happens in other places.
I truly congratulate all the staff, always with a smile despite knowing how difficult and tiring it is to do this type of work, especially in the middle of August.

The meat was good quality. We had Fiorentina steak. It was too raw for my taste (I had asked for medium) but they put it two minutes on the fire again and then it was perfect. I would improve the burger, no salad, tomato, onions, just plain with sauces. They also sell cheese at the back produced by a local farmer and I bought a few pieces. Today I have tried one of them and it was simply divine! Shame I canāt remember the name of this cheese so I canāt buy some more!

We have been to this place a few times and leave satisfied every time. Considering the layout of the place, it's not bad. This is the home of meat and cured meats. We're on the safe side on this one.
