Needed some grub on the way to Julia Pfeifer Park from Monterey. This place had a deli, pub and bakery. We ate at the pub. Small menu but good road eats. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. Good slow cooked chicken with tangy sauce. They garnished with lots of chips and a pickle. Kids had pork sliders and gobbled them... More

Stopped on our way onwards down Highway 1. The tacos and the Reuben were delicious. The selection of beers and boardgames really topped it off nicely.

We stopped in to watch some football. Friendly help and nice selection of beers. We had the Chips and Salsa and Fish Tacos. Fish Tacos were Great. Prices reasonable. A great place to drop in for a beer and a bite to eat.

Visited this cosy place in June. Great tacos. Reasonable prices, very good for the area. Unfortunately the girl working by the bar desk was not very nice both upon arrival and when I asked about the restroom she seemed very annoyed about this simple question. A man came out with our food and he was nice wishing us a pleasant... More

with everything being so expensive in the area, it was nice to be able to buy a $4 beer and $7 tacos. And they were good. Nothing gourmet here, but it hit the spot.

Stopped in for a cold one on a beautiful and warm Saturday afternoon. Loved the stout and Flying Dog Red. Cool place and really nice patio with benches, tables and comfortable wooden chairs. Also, some shade for a hot day. The also serve food which looked great but we had recently eaten so we didn't try any. I will definitely... More

Stopped here for lunch and was greatly surprised. It doesn't look like much and is small but the food was good and the service fast. It is right on Highway 1. They have a good variety of beers. It was a good value and attached is a deli if you want to buy sandwiches for the road.

We had decided while staying in Big Sur that we would give this place a try. The food was good basic bar food (e.g. burger and fries). There was an amazing choice of beer - all craft beers. The seating was interesting - rows of seats in tiers facing a TV screen so that all could watch the baseball game... More

Tiny pub in Big Sur, right off the highway. Attached to a grocery store that has a deli. Good for souvenirs. Awesome selection on beers. Especially when it's the only pub/brewery. Great decor! Nice staff... It was hot inside, although it was a hot day. Great place to stop after visiting the beach!
