Great meal and service. Group of five adults very disappointed that we could not split and pay the bill give ways . It is a real hassle and inconvenience

There were 8 of us one a coeliac and we were not disapointed. It is hard to say if the wine over the meal was best or the meal itself. Great service from the staff and an excellent cafe.

Visited the cafe today.. Had amazing lunch with great wine. Customer service,was impeccable and the bill was about a half of we would pay for a similar restaurant in the city.

You surely did get off to a bad start here at Tahbilk and we apologize. The dog’s owners were on the deck in direct line of sight of the dog who did have shade. We gave the dog water and checked in with her owners....More

Description
In response to a growing demand for the food and wine experience, the Tahbilk Café was opened in 2005, built on the backwaters of the Tahbilk billabongs. The Café provides visitors with an authentic experience, relaxed and in keeping with the Purbrick family's food and wine ethos. The venue also displays a more modern touch to Tahbilk's otherwise historic aspects. The cafe prides itself in showcasing local and seasonal produce.
