This is spectacular stuff you find in Spain, 25 euro with wine, coffee dessert included, good meat, excellent boletus once with scrambled eggs, once just herbs and an excellent veal chop with great dessert, a fair wine and earthy friendliness from the staff don t...need more to be happy. Ahhh the view from the window is spectacular, wilderness and space and clear air, beautiful!More

The waiters and waitress that served us were lovely and translated the menu as our Spanish is terrible! The food was lovely and paired with a fantastic local Rioja. A great view overlooking the mountains and lake was a bonus and the sunset from the...window next to our table was stunning. The lady owner was a bit grumpy as their card machine wasn't working but the waitress who served us was so helpful we just ignored the owner!More

We visited at lunchtime (which is late in Spain) and had the Menu del Sierra for €25 each. This was served in the dining room overlooking the view of the lake, and included first and second courses, sweets, coffee/tea and a bottle of Cune Crianza....The highlight of our meal were the mushrooms (hongos) and the roasted baby goat (Cabrecita) as well as the flan - all beautiful fresh ingredients, simply and perfectly cooked. Servings are pretty generous and the service was friendly and attentive. We loved it and would certainly return if in the area.More
