Terrible service with staff that don't care about their guests. I was given a Groupon voucher for Christmas, and once presented to the host, her whole attitude changed. The $70 voucher (for 2) only entitled us to the hot pot, about 5 pieces of lettuce, 6 pieces of meat and a glass of cheap red wine,(as they surprisingly had no... More

We've tried quite a few of the hot pot restaurants in Sydney, most of them run a eat all you want buffet. This place doesn't but for very good reason, portion size and price are great and the quality is just amazing!! We visit this excellent place very often and cannot recommend enough!

the soup is tasteless, like water with sate. The service is very poor, hard to get a hold of any waiter or waitress. No wonder why the restaurant is so quiet. They have made a mistake with our bill but never apologise. Also the price is high. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

The place is in the chinatown busy street...inside the ambience is ok...but the last 30 minutes we are inside ..the aircond is off and the waiter has to open the window just right behind me...and it was freezing night...when I asked she said because that night is not too busy so they have to turn off the aircond which I... Soups were tasty! As mentioned in other reviews the mild chilli for soup is super spicy! The staff there were friendly and it would be perfect for a group outing.

Great for Groups! If you like the exotic items, this place has got them! The spice at this place does not kid around. If you love SPICY, this place will make you have "Hot Pot Stomach." Go for it if you are in for a real Hot Pot experience that is not OVER- PRICED. The Service, well just like any... More

I was taken here for a after work catchup dinner - the Bosses favourite. The food is great and the service is ok, as with alot of asian restaurants. Order via ipad's with pics which is good for this westerner. We went with the half hot & half mild option. Cooking what you want in the broth of your choosing.... More

This is a great hot pot restaurant and very popular. Plenty of room but it does get busy. All orders are done on an iPad so you can see instantly what food you are ordering and how many dishes, so there is no real language barrier. My favourite is the green onion pancake. Would recommend that you give it a... More

We made the mistake of getting both a mild and hot soup. I say mistake because the hot one was way too hot. So as long as you're careful, this place is really great!
