I really like this restaurant for the good. The decor is a bit dark for my taste but I do love the food. Fabulous spices! The lamb ribs were particularly delicious! And the chocolate and peanut parfait was gorgeous. My only criticism is the Khung...More

Not easy to enter through a quirky door and very dark stairs and limited restaurant lighting. The meal however was superb (we had the banquet). Service was attentive but not intrusive. Well worth a visit.

A dark basement more reminiscent of a night club than a restaurant. The dimmed lighting does create an exotic and perhaps romantic atmosphere, however the tables seem crammed together and the acoustics were terrible. Not a place for a quiet dinner. The low point was...More

I visited Spice Temple with my daughter tonight and we we were very much looking forward to trying something different for our only night in Sydney together - a twist on Chinese sounded great. We had great beginnings. Last minute reservation at a very busy...More

We had a business dinner at this restaurant last night. The dark lighting was a bit unusual, but not an issue. A banquet menu was selected and a wide selection of dishes was offered. I enjoyed all, but was particularly impressed with the steamed buns...More

Such a romantic place during dinner time with the dim lighting. Food was great especially the duck pancakes- best one Ive ever had and the serving was generous. Service was 5-star without being over-the-top. Great cocktails and wine list. Would definitely come back here again.

This was a great experience in Asian Fusion dining although the meals are supposed to be shared the portions are very small so you end up ordering more :-) Service was great

This restaurant is hands down the most seductive Asian eatery I've dined at. Spice Temple is a special occasion venue with prices that reflect that. Our waiter happily accommodated our various allergies & food preferences. Stand out dish was the fried eggplant- I could eat...More

Dim lighting makes for a great atmosphere for dates, although still works for business lunches. They serve a variety of spicy dishes from different regions in China. Kungpao chicken and the eggplant entree were my favourites (no I usually would never order Kungpao chicken at...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
