A friend and I meet up here every Wednesday morning for coffee and are never disappointed. The coffee is a decent quality and always delivered quickly. The food is simple and fresh. It's great for a quick breakfast or midday snack. One of the wait staff is a really friendly lady with a Russian accent. She is always nice and... More

Love the outdoor courtyard with the fountain. Seems like this place has been here forever. Breakfast was okay, but annoyed they forgot the water.

After my haircut directly opposite NEW YORK METRO CAFE on Monday 14/11/16 we both decided to call in. We are immediately told by the mature aged waitress to sit wherever & given the menu, feeling rushed with the waitress literally standing over us we felt we had to rush with our meal choice. Meals served after 10-15 minutes + one... More

This is a really nice little breakfast cafe located within Town Hall station. I first had breakfast here about 4 years ago, on my way to work in the City. It has always stayed in my mind and I was excited to show my boyfriend this place when we were staying in the City recently. The cafe has this lovely... More

The atmosphere here is unique. It's like an oasis with the waterfall. The service is fast and the barista is really nice. The food came out very fast. It's not trendy food but old fashioned food that's fresh with big serves. Two can share a lot of the meals.

Went here for breakfast and dinner one day and it meals were large for their size. The big breakfast came with tea or coffee and I had enough tea in the pot for 3 cups. Dinner was just as nice but the salad with the meal was nothing special some leaves with a slice of tomato.

On entry we thought it was nice considering the waterfall, but that's all that's nice about the place. My soy cappuccino was watery and the foam was very badly frothed (the non-creamy mind) and it cost $4.70. Don't even bother.

As you exit the Town Hall Metro station, which is underground, you come into a mall like area that eventually leads to QVB. New York Metro is right there. Also it is right down the stairs in the courtyard between Town Hall and St. Andrews Cathedral. Delighted to find a menu and atmosphere resembling a New York Diner, hence the... More

Handy location right next to Town Hall, but that's about where the positives end. One of the few cubicles inside has been filled with junk (papers, boxes, clothes etc) for months - no - make that years now!! What is that all about?? The food is really average and the service from a grumpy woman was pretty ordinary too. I... More
