The restaurant had been recommended by our host in Sydney And we were very happy and satisfied with the visit. The food is French and excellent. We had steak tartare and foie gras as starters - both were very good and very French. As main course we had the chateaubriand with mashed potatoes and green beans. Just perfect. The meat... More

Every so often we spoil ourselves with dinner out at Claire's kitchen. We were there again last night for my husband's birthday. The food, the service (and the french accents of the staff!) - not once have we been disappointed. Food is always beautifully presented and exquisitely delicious.' We will be back!

We dined at Claire's Kitchen as Le Salon on a very hot Saturday night. At first we were seated at a table up on the mezzanine level where a very large table celebrating a birthday party was underway. We found it difficult to hear ourselves speak and requested that we be moved downstairs if possible. Luckily for us a table... More

Thank you so much for your kind words, it was a difficult night all around with the power failure and I am very proud of the way our staff coped with the problem, I was in the kitchen that night and yes it was extremely hot but we all kept our "cool". Once again a big thank you for your... More

Great ambience, lovely people/service and food well presented. Perhaps to get to next level food needs to taste as good as it looks. It looked great but just tasted ok....although the duck tart was very good.

Decided to bring my parents and in laws here for my birthday as I had been here once and had a great experience. Plus my mum has dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) that the restaurant was able to cater to beautifully. Most of their dishes are gluten free and some can be adapted to dairy free as well. There was... More

This is one of Sydney most charming restaurants. The atmosphere is the closest you get to an upmarket bistro in Paris but in Sydney. The food is superb, portions generous and priced very reasonably. We keep going back.

We went for dinner in Claires kitchen, it is a nice restaurant and very cozy. The food was great and typical French. Staff was great and we were suprised that most of them were able to speak French and English. It is definitive worth it and we would recommend it to our friends which will travel to Sydney.

Claire's Kitchen on Oxford Street has fine French dining in a warm atmosphere. Every meal I've ever eaten here has been delicious. The staff are all wonderful, attentive and French! It feels like you are in Paris. I love this place and have become a regular customer. Claire's kitchen ticks all the boxes.

Thank Iva R

Claire's Kitchen is the new venture of French born Marc Kuzma AKA Claire de Lune. After 6 years running Slide (hint: just next door and sister business) Marc is bringing a little French style to the Paris end of Oxford street. Marc has created a traditional French Brasserie menu with a few modern twists. Claire has decorated the venue with fabulous imported wall papers, antiques and chic furniture. She has hand picked a team of charming professional french waiters and waitresses... Upstairs is le salon, a cosy cocktail party space you can reserve exclusively for 30 to 80 guests.
