Don't get me wrong, I am not used to eat in luxury restaurants. The view was amazing, the staff were making sure you were looked after and not missing anything. The vegetarian options were delicious. Great sommelier & wine.

Bright sunshine, opera house straight in front, great company and bubbles in hand. The degustation served with matching wines, a expresso martini 🍸 to finish this 4 hour foodie journey. Service unobtrusive, sommelier knowledgeable and interesting. A very nice way to tick all the boxes...More

Great fine dining with fresh fish, nice presentation and great service. One of the highlights of the two dinners we ate outside the hotel.

Had all the right elements of fine dining, but let down by the detail. Food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, but lacked the exceptional flavours and refinement to justify the very high prices ($700 for a group of four with a few glasses of...More

We had the degustation menu and thoroughly enjoyed every course. Service was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Although the mashed potato was not a usual part of the degustation, one of the servers decided she would tell the kitchen to provide it for us....More

I was initially apprehensive about going to ARIA for dinner as it is far more expensive than my normal dining choices (which themselves are generally on the pricey side) and I couldn’t imagine I’d really get a much better meal. I was utterly, completely wrong....More

Our family of six really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We all had a great starter, - it was beautifully presented and super well prepared. Our eight year old twins had pasta, since the menu was a bit too complex for them - great. Both...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
