It was recommended by the hotel staff and they were right. Demetri waited on us and he did a fine job. I had the lamb shoulder and it was fall off the bone tender and delicious. My wife had the Athenian special and it was fabulous. We also had two Greek beers which hit the spot. Great dinner and waited... More

A group of friends and I meet once a year at this excellent eatery for some years now and it must be said it is one of the most consistently good restaurants I have encountered. Excellent food, fantastic service and a comprehensive wine list make this place one of my favourites.

Large restaurant with a business feel at lunch time. Good service and the food is tasty and plentiful. Authentic food not a fancy fusion or modern interpretation, honest wholesome food.

Strong words I know but it's a favourite of some male business colleagues and I roll my eyes whenever I receive an invitation to lunch. They're hosting me so I'm polite enough to smile and tolerate but really, I have no idea what the appeal is. Maybe it's the pricing, it's certainly not expensive but it's dated and the food... More

Sensational traditional Greek food restaurant. Great for larger groups. Book ahead for large groups. Well priced for business dinners. It has become a favourite to me for client dinners when I'm in Sydney.

My wife and I have been dining here for many years. About 12 months ago we had a very ordinary meal there and we complained and they halved the bill. Over the weekend we decided to go back again but I think it will sadly be our last visit. The Souvlaki was dry, tasteless and generally disappointing. The side salad... More
