We have dined at the Athenian as a group many times over several years and always found the food to be good and reasonably priced with friendly service. The city location is good and convenient. Our most recent visit in November was an unexpected disappointment....More

We confirmed our booking at the last moment, as it was well located for meeting up quickly with friends and colleagues in the city. Rather than the small, average-sized street-side Greek restaurant anticipated, the cavernous space creates a grand, expansive atmosphere, not an enclosed and...More

Second visit and was not disappointed. This is a great authentic Greek restaurant. Service and food are spot on. We have gone for the banquet on both visits and always had plenty to eat. Well worth a visit. We will go there again for sure.

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
